Madhabdev University Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification
1. Assistant Professor
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in a concerned/allied/relevant subject from an Indian or accredited foreign university.
A 5% relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PwD categories.
Mandatory Requirement: Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET / SET (State Level Eligibility Test).Exemption: Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the UGC Regulations (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) are exempt from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET.
2. Associate Professor
Educational Qualification: A good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines.
Master's Degree: At least 55% marks(or an equivalent grade) at the Master’s level.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College, or Accredited Research Institution.
Research Output:A minimum number of quality research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
3. Professor
Educational Qualification: An eminent scholar with a Ph.D. qualification in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in a university/college as an Assistant/Associate Professor, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions.
Research Output & Guidance: Evidence of published work of high quality, with a minimum prescribed number of research publications, along with active engagement in research and experience of guiding candidates for research at the doctoral (Ph.D.) level.
Madhabdev University Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
# In-Service Candidates: Applicants currently employed must submit their applications through the proper channel and include a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
# Character & Health: Applicants must provide a conduct certificate from their last attended/served institution and a medical fitness certificate from a Government Medical Officer before joining.
# Probation: All posts are temporary until confirmed after a minimum of one year of probation.
