AHIDMS Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification
Finance Executive: Graduate with 5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting for government projects/CSS/EAP.
M&E/MIS Specialist: MCA or B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science/IT.
Project Engineer: Full-time Civil Engineering degree.
Administrative Assistant: Graduate in any stream.
AHIDMS Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Finance Executive
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any stream.
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience specifically in accounting for government projects, Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS), or Externally Aided Projects (EAP).
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Tally software and a strong working knowledge of GST and Taxation.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
M&E/MIS Specialist
Educational Qualification: Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or a B.E. / B. Tech degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT).
Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience handling IT or Management Information Systems (MIS) activities.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Project Engineer
Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing and handling multi-storey building construction projects.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Administrative Assistant
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any stream.
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience overall, with at least 2 years of experience working at the State Level or within Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS).
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

Medical Education & Research Department, Govt. of Assam, with the principal goal to function as an apex autonomous body of the Government of Assam for planning, monitoring, coordination and/ or implementation of projects funded by JICA or any other externally financed /aided or by any other source in the Medical Education & Research Department sector as may be authorized by the Government of Assam from time to time. The society is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 with the registration no RS/KAM(M)/263/Z/511 of 2021-2022.The Society is headed by a Governing Body chaired by Hon’ble Minister Health & Family Welfare and having Senior Secretaries from all concerned department like Health, Finance, T & D, PWD, Power, Rural development, Revenue and PHE and the Executive Committee headed by the Chief Secretary and having representatives from different Directorates/Missions/Corporation of Health department and other departments. The Project Management Unit (PMU) is headed by the Project Director.
