Educational Qualification

Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade ‘O’

Bachelor Degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.  

General / OBC / EWS : Minimum 60% Marks  

SC / ST / PH : Minimum 55% Marks

Assistant Manager Grade A

Bachelor Degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.  

Minimum 2 years relevant work experience required.

Age Limit

Minimum Age : 20 Years  

Maximum Age : 25 Years

The selection process generally includes multiple stages depending on the post.

Online Computer-Based Test (CBT): 200 Questions, 200 Marks (2-hour duration).

Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be called for the interview (100 Marks).

Document Verification & Medical Test: Final selection is based on a combined score (75% weightage to Online Test and 25% to Interview).

Final selection will be based on performance in the recruitment stages.
