(BPCL) Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification
1. Junior Executive (Engineering)
* Education: 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical) with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of continuous post-qualification relevant work experience. This must include at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role within sectors like Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals, CGD, or Power Plants.
2. Junior Executive (Accounts)
* Education: Graduation in any discipline (min 55%) AND must have passed CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate.
* *Note: Candidates who have passed the CA/CMA Final are NOT eligible for this specific entry-level role.*
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Cost Accounting, or Auditing. (Articleship/training is not counted as experience).
3. Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)
* Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry (specialization in Analytical, Organic, Physical, Inorganic, or Polymer Chemistry) with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a laboratory within the Petroleum, Oil & Gas, or Chemical industry.
4. Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BMS, or BHM) with at least 55% marks.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Facility Management, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), Retail Store Operations, or Hospitality/Hotel Management.
5. Secretary BPCL
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (3-year course) PLUS minimum 55% marks in Class X and Class XII.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a Secretarial Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar administrative support role.
6. Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation)
* Education: Master’s degree in Hindi with at least 55% marks. Candidates must have also studied English as a subject in Class XII or Graduation (min 55%).
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in translation (English to Hindi and vice-versa).

1. Shortlisting
The initial stage involves screening applications based on the information provided. BPCL will shortlist candidates based on:
* Total number of years of relevant post-qualification work experience.
* Educational qualifications and academic performance.
2. Assessment Rounds
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in one or more of the following assessments. The specific mix of tests may vary depending on the position and the number of applicants:
* Written / Computer-Based Test (CBT): To test technical knowledge and aptitude.
* Case-Based Discussion: Used to evaluate problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Group Task: To assess teamwork, leadership, and communication.

3. Medical Examination
