IBPS RRB XV Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification
# Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University, proficiency in the local language, and working knowledge of computers.
# Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preference for Agriculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, etc.), local language proficiency, and computer knowledge.
# Officer Scale-II (GBO): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks + 2 years officer experience in a Bank/Financial Institution.
# Officer Scale-II (Specialist Cadre): Relevant Professional Degree (CA / LLB / B.Tech IT / MBA / Agriculture) with 1 to 2 years of field experience.
# Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks + minimum 5 years of experience as an officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.

* Office Assistant: 18 to 28 years
* Officer Scale-I: 18 to 30 years
* Officer Scale-II: 21 to 32 years
* Officer Scale-III: 21 to 40 years

* SC/ST: 5 years
* OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
* PwBD: 10 years
* Ex-Servicemen: As per government rules.
