Educational Qualifications & Experience
* Sakhi Niwas Manager: Graduate in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology with 3 years of supervisory experience in running such hostels. The Manager must live at the hostel.
* Warden: Graduate with proficiency in computer operations. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling women-related laws/policies/programmes.
* Caretaker: Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with 2 years of experience as a Caretaker or in supervising Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS).
* Security Guard: Minimum 2 years of experience working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the District/State level (preferably retired military/para-military personnel).
