DDMA Kamrup Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification

1. Educational Qualification

You must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or Institution in one of the following streams:

 * Bachelor’s degree in Science OR

 * Graduation with Statistics, Geography, Environmental Science, or Geology as one of the core subjects OR

 * A Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

2. Computer Proficiency

 * You must possess a minimum 6-month diploma/certificate in Computer Applications from an institute recognized by the government.

 * You should be proficient in basic computer systems and applications (MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word processing, Spreadsheets, Internet usage, and Emails).

 * Bonus Point: Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a BCA or an equivalent degree in Computer Science.

DDMA Kamrup Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

 * Minimum Age: 21 years

 * Maximum Age: 35 years (as of January 1st of the recruitment year).

 * Note: Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government rules.

DDMA Kamrup Recruitment 2026 Salary & Pay Scale

Monthly Salary: ₹28,500/- per month (Fixed and consolidated).

DDMA Kamrup Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

Selection will be done strictly on a merit basis using a 100-mark evaluation system split across four components:

 1. Graduation Percentage Weightage: 30 Marks max

 2. Written Examination: 40 Marks max

 3. Knowledge of Computer Test: 20 Marks max *(5 marks out of this are earmarked as a preference bonus for BCA holders)*

 4. Viva-Voce / Oral Interview: 10 Marks max

Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will be called for the subsequent computer proficiency test and the face-to-face interview. Both tests will be conducted locally within the Kamrup District.
