BCPL Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification
# Foreman (Chemical / Civil / Instrumentation): Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering with minimum 55% marks + 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
# Junior Superintendent (HR): Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations (min 50% marks) + Computer proficiency + 2 years experience.
# Operator (Chemical): B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry & Math (min 50% marks) or B.Sc (Hons) in Chemistry + 1 year relevant experience.
# Technician (Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical): Class 10th (Matric) + ITI Tradesmanship / National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade + 2 years relevant experience.
# Trainee Posts (PwBD Candidates): Relevant Degree / ITI as listed above with 1-year compulsory training (No prior experience required).

Age Limit (as on 09.10.2026)
* S-5 Posts (Foreman / Jr. Superintendent): Maximum 32 years
* S-3 Posts (Operator / Technician / Trainee): Maximum 30 years
* Age Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), up to 10-15 years for PwBD candidates.

# Skill / Proficiency / Endurance Test: Conducted as applicable to specific technical or trade roles (e.g., typing test for Accounts Assistant Trainee, trade test for Technicians).
# Document Verification: Verification of original mark sheets, certificates, caste certificates, PwBD certificates, and experience documents.
# Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to meeting BCPL’s prescribed medical fitness standards.
