Bongaigaon Judiciary Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification
Driver Educational Qualification:
* Minimum H.S.L.C. Passed (Class 10th).
* Candidate must possess a valid LMV Driving License issued by a Competent Authority.
* Age Limit: 18 to 40 years as of 01-01-2026. Age relaxation as per Assam government rules.
Peon Educational Qualification:
* Class VIII Passed.
* (Note: Candidates who have passed HSSLC / Class 12th or above are ineligible).
* Age Limit: 18 to 45 years as of 01-01-2026.
Bongaigaon Judiciary Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
1. Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.
2. Employment Exchange: Candidate must have registered their name in the Employment Exchange of Assam and provide the registration number along with the registration date.
3. Small Family Norms: Candidates must submit a Declaration in Form-A under Rule 5(1) of the Assam Public Services (Application of Small Family Norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019.
4. Govt. Employees: Must apply through the proper channel along with an NOC from the employer.
