Special Provision for Divyang and Bed-ridden Artistes

For Divyang and bed-ridden artistes who cannot apply on their own, Cultural Development Officers or Junior Assistants from their respective district Cultural Centres under the Directorate of Cultural Affairs will visit their homes to assist with the online application process.
