1. Educational & Mandatory Qualification
# Candidates must have passed the Recorders Certificate Class Course (RCCC) Training at the Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati-40.
# Candidates must have been declared proficient in both Survey and Settlement subjects by an official result declared by the Director of Land Records & Surveys etc., Assam prior to August 13, 2026.
2. Computer Proficiency
# Must have basic computer proficiency with a typing speed of:
* English: Minimum 30 WPM
* Assamese/Bengali: Minimum 15 WPM
