AMSCL Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification
1. Senior Finance Controller
# Essential Qualification: Retired AFS Officer who was holding a post not below the rank of Financial Advisor / Senior Financial Advisor / Director Finance before retirement (preferably Senior Financial Advisor / Director Finance).
# OR C.A / I.C.W.A with a minimum of 12 years post-qualification work experience in handling financial matters in a reputed organization.
# Other Criteria:
# Candidate must be a resident of Assam and have relevant professional experience working in Assam.
# Desirable Experience: Experience in handling Health Sector Schemes / Finance in Government Sector.
2. Executive (Procurement-BME)
# Qualification:
# Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Instrumentation / Bio-Medical Engineering / Medical Electronics with minimum 3 years experience in procurement of medical equipment in Govt./Semi-Govt. organization.
# OR Diploma in Instrumentation / Bio-Medical Engineering / Medical Electronics with minimum 5 years experience in procurement of medical equipment in Govt./Semi-Govt. organization.
# Desirable: Experience in procurement through GeM and e-Tender.
# Skills: Written & oral English proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Executive (Procurement-Drugs)
# Qualification:
# Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy with minimum 3 years experience in procurement of drugs in Govt./Semi-Govt. organization.
# OR Diploma in Pharmacy with minimum 5 years experience in procurement of drugs in Govt./Semi-Govt. organization.
# Desirable: Experience in procurement through GeM and e-Tender.
# Skills: Written & oral English proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Executive (Quality Control)
# Qualification:
# Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy / B.Sc / M.Sc with minimum 3 years experience in Quality Control in any Pharmaceutical Company or Drug Testing Laboratory.
# OR Diploma in Pharmacy with minimum 5 years experience in Quality Control in any Pharmaceutical Company or Drug Testing Laboratory.
# Skills: Written & oral English proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Senior Finance Controller: Upper age limit up to 65 years.
* Executive Posts: Upper age limit up to 45 years.
* Age Relaxation:
* SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
