Post-Wise Educational Qualification & Age Limits
# Manager - Branch Management (MMGS II)
* Age Limit: 23 to 33 years
* Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an officer in a Scheduled Public/Private Sector Bank, with at least 2 years in Branch Banking.
# Manager - Credit (MMGS II)
* Age Limit: 23 to 33 years
* Qualification: Graduation with full-time MBA (Finance) / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS (Finance) or CA / CMA.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification work experience in a Bank/FI (min. 2 years in Credit).
# Senior Manager - Credit (MMGS III)
* Age Limit: 25 to 35 years
* Qualification: Graduation with MBA (Finance) / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS (Finance) or CA / CMA.
* Experience: Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in a Bank/FI (min. 4 years in Credit).
# Manager - IT / Information Security / IS Audit (MMGS II)
* Age Limit: 22 to 35 years
* Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Cyber Security.
* Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience in IT or Information Security domains.
# Senior Manager - IT / Database / Network / Cyber Security Administrators (MMGS III)
* Age Limit: 25 to 38 years
* Qualification: Relevant B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA degree with professional domain certifications.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of domain-specific IT experience.
# Assistant Manager - Security (JMGS I)
* Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
* Qualification: Graduate in any discipline + Computer Certification.
* Experience: Must be a retired JCO or equivalent in Army/Navy/Air Force, Paramilitary, or Police with minimum 5 years service in the specified rank.

A candidate must be either:
* A Citizen of India, or
* A subject of Nepal, or
* A subject of Bhutan, or
* A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 01.01.1962 with the intention of permanently settling, or
* A Person of Indian Origin (PIO) who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
*(Note: Candidates other than Indian citizens must possess a valid Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Government of India).

Stage 1: Online Examination
* Exam Pattern: Objective-type test consisting of 100 questions (100 marks) with a total duration of 2 hours. Separate sectional timing applies.
* Negative Marking: 1/4th of the marks allotted to a question will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
* Minimum Qualifying Marks (Overall Online Exam): 35% for Unreserved/EWS candidates and 30% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.

1. Manager - Branch Management (MMGS II)
* English Language: 25 Questions | 25 Marks | 30 Minutes
* Professional Knowledge (Banking Law & Practice, Indian Economy & Financial System, Principles & Practices of Banking, Accounting & Financial Management): 75 Questions | 75 Marks | 90 Minutes
2. All Other Posts (IT, IS, Credit, Risk, Security, etc.)
* English Language: 25 Questions | 25 Marks | 30 Minutes
* General Awareness (with special reference to Banking Industry): 25 Questions | 25 Marks | 30 Minutes
* Professional Knowledge (Role-specific): 50 Questions | 50 Marks | 60 Minutes
*Note: For all specialist posts, there are no minimum qualifying marks for English or General Awareness, but candidates must qualify in the Professional Knowledge section.
Stage 2: Personal Interview
* Candidates who qualify for the Online Examination will be shortlisted and called for a Personal Interview.
* Total Marks: 100 Marks.
* Assessment Criteria: Role-related exposure in the industry, subject knowledge, and communication skills.
* Minimum Qualifying Marks (Interview): 50% for Unreserved/EWS candidates and 45% for reserved categories.
Final Merit List
The final merit list for appointment will be prepared by aggregating the scores of the Online Exam (80% weightage) and Interview (20% weightage). Provisional allotment is subject to document verification (caste/experience/education certificates) and medical fitness.
