Educational Qualification (As of 31.07.2026)
* Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India.
* The final graduation results must be officially declared on or before July 31, 2026.
* For candidates registering under the NATS portal, the graduation results must have been declared between 01.03.2022 and 31.07.2026.

Candidates must fulfill the standard parameters for age and educational qualifications as specified below.
Age Limit (As of 01.07.2026)
* Minimum Age: 20 Years
* Maximum Age: 28 Years
* Candidates in the General/EWS categories must have been born between 01.07.1998 and 01.07.2006 (both dates inclusive).
Upper Age Relaxation:
* SC/ST: 5 years
* OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
* PwBD: 10 years
* Max age for NAPS registered candidates cannot exceed 34 years as of the cut-off date.

Indian Overseas Bank Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
1. Online Written Examination Stage 1
An objective-type online test (CBT) will be conducted tentatively on August 2, 2026. Candidates must clear the overall minimum qualifying aggregate percentage decided by the bank (with a 5% relaxation given to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories).
2. Local Language Test Stage 2
Candidates must display proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in the official local language of the state they applied for.
3. Document Verification & Personal Interaction Stage 3
Shortlisted candidates will be called to designated verification centers. You must present original certificates (Age, Caste, Graduation Degree, NAPS/NATS enrollment). The bank may also conduct a brief personal interaction or interview phase during this period.
4. Medical Examination Stage 4
Final engagement is subject to being declared medically fit by a qualified medical practitioner authorized by IOB.
