* Manager (Engg - Civil / Electrical): B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical Engineering + 3 years experience.
* Manager (Finance) / JE (Finance): MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CFA. (*Manager posts require 3 years experience; JE posts require no experience.)
* Manager (IT): B.E. / B.Tech (CS / IT / Computer Engg / Electronics) or MCA + 3 years experience.
* Manager (Architecture): Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (registered with Council of Architecture) + 3 years experience.
* Manager (Law) / JE (Law): Professional Law Degree (3 yrs after Graduation OR 5 yrs Integrated) + eligible for Bar Council enrollment. (*Manager requires 3 years experience.)
* Manager (Fire Services): B.E. / B.Tech in Fire, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering + 3 years experience.
* Manager (Operations) / JE (Operations): B.Sc with full-time 2-year MBA OR B.E. / B.Tech. (*Manager requires 3 years experience in Airport/Airline Operations.)

Pay Scale & Remuneration
* Manager (Group-A, E-3): ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹21 Lakhs per annum)
* Junior Executive (Group-B, E-1): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹14 Lakhs per annum)
AAI Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
1. Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective-type exam with no negative marking.
2. Application Verification / Interview:
* Manager Posts (Codes 1 to 11) involve an Interview.
* Post Codes 12 to 15 will undergo Application Verification / Subsequent Tests as applicable.
3. Physical & Driving Tests: Manager (Fire Services) includes Physical Measurement, Driving, and Endurance Tests (running, pole/rope climbing, sandbag carry).
