1. Educational Qualification
* Graduate with a minimum of 55% marks OR Post Graduate in any discipline.
* Preference: Candidates holding CAIIB or MBA or C.A. will be given preference.
2. Experience
* Minimum four (4) years of experience in Banking in similar Officers Grade or above.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
* Minimum Age: 28 years
* Maximum Age: 40 years
* The applicant must be an Indian National.
* Candidates who are currently in Service must apply through the proper channel and must produce a valid discharge certificate from the present employer before joining.
* Candidates must be well conversant with the local language.
* No Travelling Allowance (TA) will be provided for appearing in the Interview.
