# Age Limit

* Note: There is no upper age limit for existing employees already working under POSHAN Abhiyaan, Assam.
# Work Experience & Skills
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in capacity building, along with supervisory skills.
* Languages: Good oral and written communication skills in the local language, with fair skills in English.
* Technical Skills: Good computer skills with a working knowledge of the internet and email.
* Travel: Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel extensively across the district.
# Desirable Qualification
* Prior experience working on Government Programs within the social sector (such as Health, Nutrition, Education, Water, and Sanitation).
# Residential Criteria
* Mandatory: This position is strictly for local candidates. Applicants must be permanent residents of the Tinsukia District only. Applications from candidates outside Tinsukia will be automatically rejected.

Salary: Rs. 18,000/- per month (Fixed consolidated remuneration)

Candidates will be shortlisted and selected based on a 100-mark evaluation system structured as follows:
1. Assessment Marks (Based on Academic Qualifications & Experience): 10 Marks
2. Written Test: 60 Marks
3. Computer Skill Test: 20 Marks
4. Viva Voce / Oral Interview: 10 Marks
The District Level Selection Committee (DLSC) will organize the examination process and notify shortlisted applicants regarding the date, time, and venue for the written test and interview.

As a District Project Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Supporting and supervising the timely implementation of Mission activities in the district.
* Periodically assessing capacity-building needs for district/block level ICDS staff and arranging relevant training.
* Making regular field and supervisory visits to provide on-site support to CDPOs and ICDS Supervisors.
* Preparing monthly progress/monitoring reports and maintaining smooth coordination with related line departments.
