BSNL JTO Recruitment 2026 Salary & Pay Scale
# Pay Scale: Recruited in the IDA pay scale [E-1] of ₹16,400 – ₹40,500/- (2nd PRC pay scale).
# Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a bond of ₹6 Lakhs to serve BSNL for a minimum period of 5 years.
# Probation Period: 2 years.
BSNL JTO Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of multiple-choice objective type questions.
* Total Duration: 3 Hours
* Total Marks: 480 Marks (120 Questions)
* Negative Marking: For each correct answer +4 marks will be awarded, and for each wrong answer -1 mark will be deducted.
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
* UR / OBC (CL) / EWS: 40% in each section and 50% overall.
* SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / PwBD: 35% in each section and 45% overall.
