1. Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel
* Experience: At least 10 years of practice in Criminal Law.
* Requirements: Must have handled at least 30 criminal trials in Sessions Courts (relaxation possible in appropriate cases).
* Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, leadership qualities, and computer knowledge.
2. Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel
* Age: 18 to 40 years as of the advertisement date (Age relaxation as per Govt. rules).
* Experience: 0 to 3 years of practice in Criminal Law.
* Skills: Good research and writing skills, IT proficiency, and a thorough understanding of ethical duties.
