(RTTC) Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible for the Principal post, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

 * Academic Qualification: * Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.

   * M.Ed. degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.

   * Ph.D. in Education or a relevant discipline.

 * Experience: At least 8 years of teaching experience in a secondary Teacher Education Institution (TEI).

 * Desirable: Good administrative ability, leadership qualities, and experience in institutional development.

Upper Age Limit: Generally 55 years as of the first day of the recruitment year.

Relaxation: Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and PwD candidates is applicable as per the prevailing State Government reservation policy.
