KKHSOU Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria 

Essential Qualifications:

 * Educational: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.

 * Experience: * At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor (Level 11 and above) OR 8 years’ service in Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.

   * OR Comparable experience in research establishment/higher education institutions.

   * OR 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Age Limit: Not more than 55 years on the last date of submission.

Desirable Qualifications:

 * Ph.D. Degree from a recognized University.

 * Experience in conducting Public Examinations in any University (Open University experience preferred).

 * Degree/Diploma in Distance Education.

 * Working knowledge of computers.

 Applicants need to visit official kkhsou.ac.in portal for submission of online application this scheme. One needs to follow below mentioned steps to apply online.

Step 1: Scroll down, go to Important Web Links section.

Step 2: Click on One-Time Registration link .

Step 3: A new webpage will be opened.

Step 4: Enter your details as required in the portal; and register yourself.

Step 5: After registration, Click on Online Application Form and Login.
 
Step 6: Enter all credentials and upload your documents as required in the portal.

Step 7: Finally click on "Submit" and take print out of your submitted application. 

Hard Copy Submission: Send 4 sets of the printed application along with 4 sets of supporting documents to the university. The envelope should be superscribed with "Application for the Post of Controller of Examinations".

KKHSOU Recruitment 2026 Important Notes for Candidates

* Application Method: Candidates must complete the Online Application through the university portal (www.kkhsou.in) first.

 * Hard Copy Submission: It is mandatory to submit four (4) sets of the printed application form along with four (4) sets of all supporting documents (marksheets, certificates, experience letters, etc.).

 * Envelope Labeling: The envelope containing the hard copies must be clearly superscribed with: "Application for the Post of Controller of Examinations".

 * Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- must be paid online via the university’s payment gateway. Ensure you enclose the proof of payment with your hard copy submission.

 * In-Service Candidates: Those currently employed in Government/Semi-Government organizations or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel or provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

 * Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

 * Deadlines: Online Submission: Up to April 10, 2026.

 * Hard Copy Receipt: Must reach the Registrar's office by April 21, 2026.
