IDBI Bank Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

# Educational Qualification & Experience

 * Audit (IS) & Risk Management (IS): B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (IT/CS). Specialized certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CISM are highly preferred.

   * Experience: 4 to 7 years in the relevant field depending on the grade.

 * IT & MIS: Graduation in CS/IT/Electronics or related fields.

   * Experience: 4 years for Manager, 7 years for AGM, and 10 years for DGM roles.

 * Security Officer (JAM): XII/Diploma pass.

   * Experience: Must be a retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from the Indian Army/Navy/Air Force with at least 15 years of service.

# Age Limit

 * DGM (Grade D): 35 – 45 years

 * AGM (Grade C): 28 – 40 years

 * Manager (Grade B): 25 – 35 years

 * Security Officer (Grade O): Max 50 years (inclusive of relaxations)

Age relaxation applies as per Govt. rules (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, 10 years for PwBD).

The selection will be based on:

 * Preliminary Screening: Based on the qualifications and experience declared in the application.

 * Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI): Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the next stages.
