Educational Qualifications:

 * Librarian / Asst. Librarian: Qualifications as per UGC Regulations 2018.

 * Finance Officer: Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in Finance/Accounts in a Govt/University/PSU setting.

 * Junior Assistant: Graduate in any discipline + 1-year Diploma in Computer Application (DCA).

 * Accounts Assistant: B.Com degree + 1-year Diploma in Computer Application (DCA).

 * Office Assistant (MTS): Minimum HSLC (Class 10) pass. Note: Candidates with qualifications higher than Class 12 (HSSLC) are not eligible for this specific post.

3. Personal Interview:

This is the final stage for all non-teaching positions:

Support Staff: For Grade III and IV posts, the interview assesses the candidate's communication skills, local language proficiency (Assamese), and suitability for university service.
