Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services (ARIAS) Society has released an official recruitment advertisement for the hiring of various positions on a purely contractual basis under the Assam Sustainable Wetland and Integrated Fisheries Transformation (SWIFT) Project, funded with technical and financial support from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

ARIAS Society Assam Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
1. Reporting & Registration: Registration will take place between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the respective interview dates. No candidates will be registered after 10:00 AM.
2. Testing System: Depending on the volume of applications, the Selection Committee may conduct a Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) based written test, practical test, and/or a presentation on a assigned topic, followed by the personal interview.
3. Laptop Requirement: Candidates appearing for tests/interviews must bring their own laptops.
4. Contract Period: Initial engagement is for 11 months, renewable based on performance and project needs.
