UPSC NDA & NA (II) Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification
* For NDA Army Wing: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent exam conducted by a State Education Board or University.
* For NDA Air Force & Navy Wings 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at INA: 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent.
> Note for Appearing Candidates: Students currently appearing in their 12th Class exam under the 10+2 pattern can also apply. However, candidates currently studying in the 11th Class are not eligible.
UPSC NDA & NA (II) Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
1. Nationality
Candidates must be unmarried male or female citizens of India, subjects of Nepal, or persons of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India.
2. Age Limit & Marital Status
* Marital Status: Only unmarried candidates are eligible. Candidates must not marry until they complete their full training course.
* Age Bracket: Candidates must be born not earlier than 01st January 2008 and not later than 01st January 2011.

UPSC NDA & NA (II) Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection consists of a multi-stage evaluation process:
1. Written Examination: Conducted by the UPSC featuring objective-type papers. A penalty (negative marking) applies for incorrect answers.
2. SSB Interview / Personality Test: Candidates who pass the written exam will undergo Stage I and Stage II intelligence and personality assessments by the Services Selection Board (SSB).
