 * Essential: Proficiency in handling a Private Board Exchange (PBX) board.

 * Experience: A minimum of 06 months of experience is required.

 * Desirable: Fluency in spoken English and Hindi.

 Age Limit (As of the last date of application)

 * General: 18 to 25 years.

 * OBC Relaxation: 03 years.

 * SC/ST Relaxation: 05 years.

 * PwBD Relaxation: 10 years (plus additional category relaxation).

 * Ex-Servicemen: An additional relaxation of three years after service rendered.
