DSHM Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification 

The eligibility criteria for the Delhi State Health Mission (DSHM) recruitment at the Integrated Public Health Laboratory (IPHL) are categorized by post. Candidates must meet the specific educational and age requirements listed below:

1. Pathologist

 * Education: MBBS degree from a recognized university/institute.

 * Specialization: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Pathology.

 * Registration: Must be registered with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC) or Medical Council of India (MCI).

 2. Microbiologist

 * Education: MD in Microbiology / Ph.D. in Medical Microbiology / M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology from a recognized university.

 3. Biochemist

 * Education: MD in Biochemistry / Ph.D. in Medical Biochemistry / M.Sc. in Medical Biochemistry from a recognized university.

 4. Lab Technician

 * Option A: B.Sc. (MLT) from a recognized university.

 * Option B: 10+2 with Science subjects plus a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institute.

 * Registration: Candidates should be registered with the Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (DCPTOT) or the relevant paramedical board if applicable.

General Requirements

DSHM Recruitment 2026 Selection Process 

1. Online Registration

 * Mandatory Step: You must first register online through the official DSHM portal (dshm.delhi.gov.in).

 * Acknowledgment Slip: After submitting the form, you must download and print the "Online Registration Acknowledgment Slip." This document is required to gain entry to the interview.

 2. Document Verification (DV)

Before the interview, a screening committee will verify your original documents. You must bring:

 * The printed Online Registration Acknowledgment Slip.

 * Original Certificates: Proof of Date of Birth (10th certificate), Degree/Diploma certificates, and mark sheets for all years.

 * Registration Certificates: Valid registration with the Delhi Medical Council (for Pathologists) or relevant Paramedical Boards (for Lab Technicians).

 * Photocopies: One set of self-attested photocopies of all the above documents.

 * ID Proof: A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Voter ID, etc.).

 3. Personal Interview

 * Who is called? Only candidates who successfully complete the online registration and pass the initial document screening will be allowed to appear for the interview.

 * Assessment: The interview panel will assess your professional knowledge, technical skills related to the laboratory/specialty, and your suitability for the contractual role.

 * Final Merit List: The final selection is based on the combined assessment of your educational merit and interview performance.
