Stage 1: Document Verification
Upon arrival at the rally site, all original documents will be verified. Stage 2: Physical Standard Test (PST)
Candidates must meet the minimum physical measurements: * Height (Male): 170 cm (General), 162.5 cm (ST/North East). * Height (Female): 157 cm (General), 150–152.5 cm (ST/North East). * Chest (Male only): 80 cm unexpanded / 85 cm expanded (with relaxations for specific categories).
Stage 3: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
This stage tests your endurance through a running event: * Male Candidates: 5 km run to be completed within 24 minutes. * Female Candidates: 1.6 km run to be completed within 8.5 minutes.
Stage 4: Trade/Skill Test
For technical and tradesman roles (e.g., Clerk, Mason, Electrician), a practical skill test will be conducted. * This stage is qualifying in nature (Pass/Fail). * It assesses your hands-on knowledge of the specific trade you applied for.
