 PNRD Assam Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria 

1. Educational Qualification

Primary Degree: Must have an M.Com or MBA (Specialized in Finance) from a recognized university or institution.

Minimum Marks: At least 60% marks in the qualifying degree.

Distance Education: Degrees obtained through distance mode are valid only if the institution is approved by DEC/UGC/AICTE.

2. Technical Skills

Computer Diploma: A mandatory Diploma in Computer Applications (minimum duration of one year).

Software Knowledge: Proficient knowledge in account keeping with the latest version of Tally is required.

Language Skills: Candidates must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Assamese for effective coordination with Central and State ministries.

3. Professional Experience

Duration: A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Relevance: Experience should ideally be in financial management, auditing, or procurement within a government or large-scale project environment.
