NIPER Guwahati Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria 

1. Assistant Professor (Biotechnology)

Essential: Ph.D. in Biotechnology/Bioscience & Bioengineering/Life Sciences/Biomedical Sciences with a first-class degree at the Master's level.

Experience: At least 5 years of Teaching/Research/Industrial experience with high-quality publications.

        Desirable: Expertise in biologicals, vaccines, or gene therapy, and experience in guiding Master's students.

2. Assistant Professor (Medical Devices)

Essential: Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree (M.Sc/M.Pharm/B.Tech/M.Tech)in Bioengineering, Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.

Experience: 5 years of experience (excluding Ph.D. duration).

Desirable: Experience in AI in healthcare, biomedical imaging, or patent filing for medical devices.

3. Medical Officer

 Essential: M.B.B.S. degree recognized by the Indian Medical Council and registration ina State/Indian Medical Register.

Desirable: MD in General Medicine
