NIC Recruitment 2026 Salary & Pay Scale 

The post of Scientific/Technical Assistant-A is a Group 'B' (Non-Gazetted) position.

 * Pay Level: Level-6 (7th CPC)

 * Pay Scale: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400

 * Total Emoluments: Including HRA, DA, and other allowances, the starting gross salary is approximately ₹55,000 - ₹60,000 per month depending on the city of posting.
