NEET Application From Examination Scheme
The test consists of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), out of which you must answer 180.
Duration: 180 minutes (3 hours).
Total Marks: 720.
Subject Breakdown:
Physics: 45 Questions (180 Marks).
Chemistry: 45 Questions (180 Marks).
Biology (Botany & Zoology): 90 Questions (360 Marks).
NEET Applicant For Educational Qualifications
Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed or be appearing in the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination.
Mandatory Subjects: You must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.
Minimum Marks (Aggregate in PCB):
General / EWS: 50%
OBC-NCL / SC / ST: 40%
PwBD: 45% (for General/EWS-PwBD) or 40% (for SC/ST/OBC-PwBD).
There is no restriction on the number of attempts for NEET (UG). You can appear for the exam as many times as you wish, provided you meet the age and academic criteria.

How to Apply NEET UG Exam ?
Applicants need to visit official https://neet.nta.nic.in/ portal for submission of online application this scheme. One needs to follow below mentioned steps to apply online.
Step 1: Scroll down, go to Important Web Links section.
Step 2: Click on One-Time Registration link .
Step 3: A new webpage will be opened.
Step 4: Enter your details as required in the portal; and register yourself.
Step 5: After registration, Click on Online Application Form and Login.
Step 6: Enter all credentials and upload your documents as required in the portal.
Step 7: Finally click on "Submit" and take print out of your submitted application.
